“Dear Helping Hands Team
After having to suspend your weekly service in March when Covid 19 restrictions were applied, I must confess to being apprehensive about restarting in August. As you are aware one of our household is a Tetraplegic and was also on the shielding list so we have been very stringent with our distancing and safety procedures.
After communicating with Suzanne and receiving information regarding your Covid Health and Safety measures we were reassured and resumed services today and it gives me great pleasure to feed back to you on your teams performance.
On arrival all the team put on disposable aprons, gloves and shoe coverings and masks were worn throughout their visit. A room was made clean and safe for all members of our household to be in while the remainder was cleaned thoroughly by your team. New products were opened and used in our home which was very reassuring. The standard was exceptional and upon leaving the supervisor checked all rooms and completed a final Covid disinfection of all hard surfaces such as rails and door knobs.
We are extremely happy with your service but more importantly are very confident in your staffs ability, understanding and adherence to the Covid training they have received and now welcome you back on a weekly basis.
We are happy that your company has survived this very trying time your staff are a credit to you and we wish you every success in the future.”
